2. Orders & Contract Formation

By placing an order on fizzfoamflush.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Prices & GST

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (S$) and include 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap. 117A). Delivery charges are shown before checkout confirmation.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay and PayPal. All transactions are processed via 256-bit SSL-encrypted secure channels. We do not store card details on our servers.

5. Delivery

Orders within Singapore are delivered within 1–3 business days. International orders: 5–10 business days. FizzFoam Flush Pte. Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.

6. Consumer Protection

Your rights under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A) are not affected by these Terms. We offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee in addition to your statutory rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on fizzfoamflush.com is the property of FizzFoam Flush Pte. Ltd. and protected under Singapore IP law. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
